Prior to Zebra Media, Scarlett was the general manager of StarTV's Channel [V] music channel where she launched the first ever Chinese Music Awards and made [V] one of the most popular youth/music brand in the region.
 
Scarlett is also a co-founder, shareholder and a board of director of R2G, one of the leading companies in China focus on online/mobile music distribution and licensing business.
